Mr. Cumming is a graduate of Lakeland College, University of British Columbia, and University of Missouri. From an agricultural background, specializes in Agricultural Farm & Ranch style properties.  Over the years Mr. Cumming has gained considerable experience from grazing leases to Feed Mills & intensive livestock operations. Mr. Cumming has experience in preparing appraisals for expropriation, litigation, refinance, divorce, purchasing, selling, transferring, or for estate purposes. Mr. Cumming has been credited as an expert witness in the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta, as well as the Surface Rights Board. Involved in general appraising and related assessment since 1995. Based out of the Grande Prairie, Alberta office. Involved in the local community including but not limited to raising funds and awareness for Diabetes, Cancer, Heart & Stroke, Hockey Associations, Soccer Associations, Choir, and miscellaneous local ministries and charities.

Paul Chana has been a resident of Grande Prairie, Alberta for over 30 years. He has ten years experience in Personal and Commercial Banking, specializing in Commercial Banking with one of the top five Chartered Banks in Canada before becoming a candidate in 2006. He also has related experience in construction and has been a member of the Grande Prairie construction association. He obtained his A.A.C.I designation in 2014 with the University of British Columbia and is a full accredited member of The Appraisal Institute of Canada.

Tony commenced his appraisal profession at Lakeland College with a diploma in Appraisal & Assessment (with distinction), complimented by a certificate in Real Property Assessment from the University of British Columbia.  Tony holds membership with both the Appraisal Institute of Canada and the Canadian National Association of Real Estate Appraisers, having satisfied all education and experience requirements for the respective designations.  Since 2004, Tony founded Squair Appraisals & Consulting, and he has sub-contracted appraisal and consulting services to several firms, including Knight & Co. Appraisals Ltd.  Tony has a broad range of appraisal experience including single-family, multi-family, commercial, industrial, institutional, and extensive agricultural properties, with a focus on serving rural areas and communities throughout northern Alberta.  Appraisal assignments have been completed for most purposes including acquisition, disposal, financing, relocation, asset evaluation, matrimonial settlement, estate, bankruptcy, and foreclosure.  Tony is deeply rooted in agriculture and he continues to operate an equine facility and a mixed livestock farm near Westlock, Alberta.

SCOTT MACFARLANE: (City of Grande Prairie, AB)

Mr. Macfarlane is a graduate of Thompson Rivers University (Kamloops B.C.) and is a Canadian Residential Appraiser (CRA) member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada. Scott has been appraising real estate since 2012 in the Peace Country of both British Columbia and Alberta. Prior to this Scott had appraised the past four years in the Thompson, North Thompson and Shuswap regions of British Columbia. Mr. Macfarlane has experience in an assortment of appraisal work that includes single family residential properties, strata properties, native lease properties, waterfront properties, resort type properties and acreages.

JOCELYN LEE (City of Grande Prairie, AB)

Ms. Lee recently graduated with a Business Administration Diploma, finance major (with distinction) from GPRC, having previously completed an Intensive Office Administration diploma program (with first-class standing).  Jocelyn is a Candidate appraiser and a member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada.  Jocelyn is currently working towards a Bachelor’s Degree and CRA designation. Jocelyn was born and raised in the Peace Country, growing up in a small farming community.  She has been a resident of Grande Prairie since 2009.  Prior to AccuPro Jocelyn worked for a local residential construction company for five years and is looking forward to expanding into the appraisal field.


MRS. ALICIA LACROIX RICHARD: (City of Grande Prairie, AB)


Alicia joined the AccuPro team in 2016 after spending several years in the Real Estate industry. Alicia has completed her Certifications in Office Administration and accounting. Born and raised in Nova Scotia, she has made Grande Prairie her home since 2012.
