Mr. Cumming is a graduate of Lakeland College, University of British Columbia, and University of Missouri. From an agricultural background, specializes in Agricultural Farm & Ranch style properties.  Over the years Mr. Cumming has gained considerable experience from grazing leases to Feed Mills & intensive livestock operations. Mr. Cumming has experience in preparing appraisals for expropriation, litigation, refinance, divorce, purchasing, selling, transferring, or for estate purposes. Mr. Cumming has been credited as an expert witness in the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta, as well as the Surface Rights Board. Involved in general appraising and related assessment since 1995. Based out of the Grande Prairie, Alberta office. Involved in the local community including but not limited to raising funds and awareness for Diabetes, Cancer, Heart & Stroke, Hockey Associations, Soccer Associations, Choir, and miscellaneous local ministries and charities.


Tory Tews: (City of Grande Prairie, AB)

Tory completed her Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta. She is currently pursuing her AACI designation through the University of British Columbia Post Graduate Certificate in Real Property Valuation (PGCV) program. Tory grew up in the Peace Country and is eager to provide service to the region.

Academically Mr. Sandul is a graduate of Lakeland College, University of British Columbia, and Athabasca University. Professionally Mr. Sandul has expertise in the valuation of Commercial, and Residential properties. In terms of experience in the effort of preparing appraisals for litigation divorce, purchasing, selling, transferring, and for estate purposes.

Since 2003 Mr. Sandul has been engaged in general appraisal and assessment of real estate.

Based In Grande Prairie and born in Spirit River, Mr. Sandul is involved in the community with his children’s school and working for his community.

Tamara is nearing completion of her CRA designation with the Appraisal Institute of Canada and a Diploma in Urban Land Economics through the UBC Sauder School of Business. The appraisal industry is a natural progression for her building upon both her interests and passion for real estate. With experiences including owning and operating a local business, commercial and residential rentals, renovations and new builds, Tamara has an extensive breadth of knowledge and is excited to expand her capabilities.

As a long-time resident of the Peace Region, Tamara has enjoyed raising a family in the area and travelling throughout the vibrant communities in the North. She is looking forward to supporting clients with their professional needs and growing with them together as those needs change. 


Lacey Hein: (City of Grande Prairie, AB)

Lacey Hein has lived in the Peace Country all of her life.  She accumulated most of her valuation experience working in the City of Grande Prairie’s Assessment department. During her time with the City of Grande Prairie she completed her Diploma in Urban Land Economics. She took a break from business and raised her three young children and is now excited to re-enter the workforce and make her mark in Appraisal.  She is currently working on getting her Bachelor of Business in Real Estate Degree through the University of British Columbia so that she can obtain her AACI designation.
